We work with real estate investors and their agents, including property managers, real estate agents, and wholesalers. We work with residential properties, and commercial properties. We do not work with individual homeowners.

VIP Client Services
When a real estate investor purchases a new property, there can be a lag time in coordinating all the parties involved to get the property rehabbed and on the rental market. Our VIP Client Services solves this problem, and quickly gets this properties on the rental market.
Our VIP Client Service coordinates all rehab services with all parties involved to efficiently get them move-in ready. We act, therefore, as a 3rd party to temporary manage and coordinate the rehab between the investor, contractor, and other parties.
We ensure that investors get the estimates for approval, and invoices for payments from the contractors. We provide before and after pictures to the investors, and also update investors during the entire process. After the property is rehabbed, we do the final cleaning of the property to make it move-in ready.
Our VIP Clients Services can also include property maintenance and rental property turns, since our service is completely turn-key and comprehensive.
We provide property maintenance services to real estate investors and property management companies while tenants occupy a property.
Handyman services we provide for property maintenance include numerous indoor and outdoor tasks, such as general maintenance and cleaning, minor carpentry, door repair, drywall, non structural masonry, painting, paneling, some paving, small appliance repair, sofit and fascia, non structural stone, texture coating, tile installation, trim work, window repair, etc.
Our offices takes maintenance calls and emails, and quickly address the maintenance issues. We communicate with the investor or property manager, as the case may be, to resolve the maintenance request in a timely manner.
Turn Rental Property
After a tenant vacates a rental property, we turn the property quickly for real estate investors and property management companies.
We inspect the property after the tenant vacates, and provide a detailed list with quote to turn the property. Our staff does the handyman repairs and cleaning of the property, and coordinates any work that may need to be done by a third party.
All of the services above are offered for commercial properties, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning.
